libfuzzy2 software package provides recursive piecewise hashing tool (library), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfuzzy2
libfuzzy2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfuzzy2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfuzzy2 *
You will get with libfuzzy2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
